« There are two ways of being disrespectful towards wine: if you drink too much of it and if you don’t drink any at all. »
To love wine means to love life!
Côtes de Provence
A beautiful story...
The story starts in 1979 when Michel Fabre founded the winery named after his grandmother. The 8 hectares of land are located in the heart of the Provence at the foot of the famous Mount Sainte Victoire which has been immortalized on many of Paul Cezanne’s paintings. From early on, Michel made major investments: grape press with protection against oxidation, tangential filter, packaging production line with protection against oxidation, the latest vintage machine, hydraulic harvesting machines etc. Simultaneously, he expanded the vineyard without sacrificing the authenticity of this very special family business.
Today, Michel, the father, and his son Aurelien are managing the Sainte Lucie Winery. The former is Senior Manager and contributes his knowledge and experience to the family business. The latter learned the business from scratch and is now the Junior Manager of the Sainte Lucie Winery.

An impeccable line
From the arrival of the grapes in the press to the opening of your wine bottle, the wine will not be exposed to any oxygen thanks to the latest control system of the automation manufacturing plants. The hygiene in the winery can be compared to the hygiene of an operating room. Only those bacteria are allowed that are beneficial to the fermentation process to create an exceptional Rosé.
The wine cellar was build in 2000 and all of its facilities are made of stainless steel (pneumatic press with inert gas, tangential filter, thermoregulated fermentation etc.)
The total capacity of the wine cellar amounts to 5500 hectoliter (550 000 liter) in stainless steel tanks and 90 hectoliter (9000 liter) in French oak barrels (respectively 225 and 600 liter).
